The Reporters of "China Business Network Daily" interviewed Mr. Chambers Yang on the issues of limitation of action, protection of intellectual property and monopoly of knowledge. Mr. Yang introduced the laws and regulations and legal practice on the relevant trial period of intellectual property cases, mainly various remedies for right holders which could be used in the long-term cases. He also gave his opinions on the relations among abuse of intellectual property and anti-monopoly, protection of intellectual property and opposing arbitrary rights on knowledge.
