杨律师你好，我有一个问题想咨询，这是我第一次通过网上来寻求法律帮助，恳请您在百忙之中抽出时间来给我一个解答。我以公司的名义投资80万入股“另一公司”，“另一公司”已经注册登记，我又以个人名义（我是法人）从“另一公司”借出50万，有借条，借款人是我，出借人是“另一公司”，请问我这一行为会带来什么样的法律后果，我的行为性质是什么？快开股东会和监事会了，我很着急，盼回音！

你的安排从表面上看没有大的问题，一是投资关系，一是借贷关系，两者是相互独立的。但是公司不能向个人借贷资金，借贷行为无效，你应当尽快归还。如果你在另一公司任职则问题会更严重一些。从另外一个角度看，您的两个行为可能会被认为有抽逃注册资本之嫌，须慎重对待。
