一、食品跨境电商企业在线下开设展示（体验）店，但实际不销售食品的，不需要办理《食品经营许可证》。但该展示（体验）店应当在其营业场所设立提示牌，提醒消费者现场不销售食品。
二、食品跨境电商企业在线下开设展示（体验）店，但实际有销售行为的，需要按照规定办理《食品经营许可证》，所销售的食品需符合食品安全法律法规、食品安全标准的规定。
