为进一步贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于建设中国（上海）自由贸易试验区（以下简称自贸区）的重要战略部署，深化保险业行政审批改革，推动保险业更好参与和服务自贸区建设，现就相关事项通知如下：
一、允许上海航运保险协会试点开发航运保险协会条款，报备后由会员公司自主使用。
二、取消在沪航运保险营运中心、再保险公司在自贸区内设立分支机构的事前审批，由上海保监局实施备案管理。
三、取消自贸区内保险支公司高管人员任职资格的事前审批，由上海保监局实施备案管理。
