法律桥网友anna328266咨询：一家公司现在转让35%的股份给我，但是他们的法人代表也马上要进行变更，我现在是签了一个《股份转让协议》，还有个他们全体股东的《股东会决议》，但是我并不知道到底是不是他们亲笔签字，那我想问下是不是说当工商那里变更后就可以了？还有作为公司股东的我可以要求工资吗，那有没有试用期的说法呢！

1、基本来说到工商局办理股权办更手续就可以了，如果你担心他们在协议书上的签字是不是亲笔所签，为了保险起见，可以要求他们在股权转让协议书、股东会协议书上按手指模，另外，办完工商登记手续上，还要求公司给你出具《出资证明书》以及将你的名字登记在公司的“股东名册”；
2、如果你仅仅是股东，而公司没有聘请你成为员工，或者你并没有在公司中担任职位，那么不可以要求工资，也不存在试用期。
