根据《中华人民共和国行政许可法》第二十四条和《中国（上海）自由贸易试验区管理办法》规定，自本公告发布之日起，在中国（上海）自由贸易试验区内下列行政审批事项，由上海市绿化和市容管理局行使的权限委托中国（上海）自由贸易试验区管理委员会实施：
一、行政许可事项
1.对迁移、砍伐树木的许可（古树名木、古树后续资源除外）；
2.对临时使用绿地的许可；
3.对调整公共绿地内部布局、服务设施设置的许可；
4.对配套绿化工程竣工图和验收结果的审查。
二、并联审核事项
1.对建设项目配套绿化方案的意见征询；
2.对建设项目配套绿化的竣工验收；
3.对配套建设的环境卫生设施规划、设计方案的审批；
4.建设工程配套绿化总体设计文件审查。
2012年12月11日发布的《上海市绿化和市容管理局关于委托上海综合保税区管理委员会实施相关行政许可和审核事项的公告》（沪绿容〔2012〕380号）同时废止。
