在法律上，股东的出资不能撤回。若要退出，只能有两种途径，一是股权转让，将您在该公司中的股份转让给其他股东或者其他人。转让价可以根据评估结果，也可以双方协商确定。二是解散公司，通过决议解散公司，依法清算，以往所提风险基金也是清算财产，最终根据您在公司中的股份分配全部剩余财产。
