中国贸促会/中国国际商会调解中心新一届调解员名单经2013年1月16日召开的“中国贸促会/中国国际商会调解中心第八届一次主席会议”审议通过，杨春宝高级律师再次被聘请为中国国际贸易促进委员会/中国国际商会调解中心调解员，聘期自2013年1月1日起至2016年12月31日止。杨春宝高级律师于2002年首次被聘请为该调解中心调解员，此后被连续续聘。
中国贸促会/中国国际商会调解中心(以下简称调解中心)成立于1987年，是以调解等ADR方式，独立、公正地帮助中外当事人解决民商事纠纷的专业机构。调解中心通过建立调解员名册制度，选聘德才兼备的专业人士，有效地化解商事纠纷，为中外当事人提供优质高效的法律服务。
调解中心本届聘请中国籍调解员312人（其中续聘 207 人，新聘 105人），港澳台及外籍调解员 72人（其中续聘38人，新聘34人），共计384人为新一届调解员。
