法律桥网友utopia咨询：我于6年前承包了一家仓储公司用电部分项目，（已签承包合同），其中变压器，线路等都是我方自己出资建设，合同期为15年，15年内一切用电事项，收费，维修，责任全由我方负责！
仓储区内约有30户租户，其中工厂居多，现有一家租户（玻璃厂），未经过我方同意私报了变压器供自己使用，而仓储公司见对自己有利也不去阻止，反而在私下与这个租户（玻璃厂）签了同意报装变压器的合同，请问我该与哪方交涉，是与租户（玻璃厂）还是该与仓储公司交涉？或者经法院向电业局交涉呢？
