有一个棘手的问题：我公司是一家有限责任公司，前不久才得知有一名股东几年前已注销，可能是因为在我公司股份太少或者别的原因，该股东注销前并未到我公司办理相应手续，该股东也没有其他合法继承主体，请问，我公司如何合法处理这名股东的股权及收益？

作为股东必须是一个自然人或者依法设立并存续的法人组织或者其他组织，该公司注销后已经不再是合格的股东。若该公司没有合法的继受主体，其在贵公司中的股东权益应当由其股东承受，贵公司可与其联系，办理相关变更事宜，如果找不到其股东，则贵公司其他股东可以以合理的价格受让其股份，并办理变更登记手续，股权转让费可以向公证处提存。
