请问各位高手我这样写合同是否有效力。如果乙方在超15天未付款，合同自然失效。这时对我甲方有什么不利的因素。合同自然失效后我们是否可以单方面收回石场和乙方所带来的机器设备和押金。合同自然失效的法律定议是什么？
