记者近日从全国人大财政经济委员会了解到，商务部建议将电子商务法纳入全国人大常委会立法规划并尽快启动立法工作。
十一届全国人大五次会议期间，周晓光等60位代表提出两件议案，建议制定网络交易法和电子商务法。
代表们在议案中提出，目前我国尚缺乏一部专门针对网络交易的法律，现有规定比较分散，已制定的相关法规、规章也存在效力层级不高、体系不清、内容不全等突出问题，不能适应电子商务日益发展的现实需要。
商务部认为，电子商务可以涵盖网络交易内容，出台电子商务法有利于电子商务持续健康发展，规范网络交易行为，更好地保护消费者权益和知识产权，有利于防范交易风险和明确各部门职责。
全国人大财经委同意商务部的意见。
