A famous European online game development and operation enterprise adopted the common plan of combinition of a WFOE, a Joint Venture and contractual cooperation with a domestic company to enter in the market of China, in order to circumvent the application of provision that FIE is prohibited to apply for ICP certificate. However, in the operation of the EJV, the parties had many different opinions and conflicts, involving business mixture of the FIE and the domestic enterprise, corporate governance, horizontal competition, labor issues, tax issues and other aspects. For this case, Mr. Chambers Yang and his team analyzed these issues' influences on operation of the enterprises and proposed related solutions.
