承租人在出租人出卖承租房屋时有优先购买权,是指同等条件下的优先购买权,主要体现为价款和付款方式等。但是法律对如何行使优先购买权并没有明确的规定,也没有规定合理期限是多长。我个人认为三个月应该是合理的期限,期限太长对出卖人和第三人是不合理的。
