法律虽没有正面禁止一稿多投，但法律规定，著作权人向报社、杂志社投稿的，自稿件发出之日起十五日内未收到报社通知决定刊登的，或者自稿件发出之日起三十日内未收到杂志社通知决定刊登的，可以将同一作品向其他报社、杂志社投稿。双方另有约定的除外。您向报刊投稿就表示您接受其声明，这也是种合同行为，因此其声明是有效的。如果一稿多投且被刊用了，相关报刊一般不会采取什么法律行动，但您下次投稿就可能被拒绝。而您在读者中声誉也会因此受影响。
