杨春宝律师荣获Finance Monthly2017并购律师大奖

近日，杨春宝高级律师收到来自Finance Monthly的获奖通知：荣获Finance Monthly“2017中国并购律师大奖"。

通知介绍说，Finance Monthly研究部门向其195,880位读者发送了提名通知，并收到9.4%的反馈（即18,413份提名）。研究部门今年严格按照以下10条标准从候选人中评选最终的获奖者：

1.       The number of vote nominations received

2.       Supporting material, covering statements and evidence supplied

3.       Amount of documented activity in the last 12 months when compared to industry peers

4.       Involvement in significant transactions

5.       Expertise and innovation

6.       Innovation in client care

7.       Size (value) of involvement within transactions & deals

8.       Peer recognition and personal achievement

9.       Strategic thinking and planning

10.   Previous accolades and published literature

通知进一步说明了提名和评选的要求：

Firms from a broad range of sectors were able to submit nominations for M&A and advisory firms.

In the case of a non-advisory firm (client) the firm must have had direct involvement with the firm/business/organisation that they voted for.

Although we recognise the history and credentials of well-established firms and individuals, our primary focus will look at the achievements and deals over the past 12 months.

这是Finance Monthly并购律师大奖第八次评选。杨春宝高级律师此前曾经荣获Finance Monthly“2017中国TMT律师大奖"，并入围Finance Monthly“2016中国公司法律师大奖”。
